A perspective built through running businesses.

THE OPERATING FOUNDATION

Start with the business.
Build from there.

My work across Healthlink Massage, AFWE and Healthlink Digital connects the practical sides of a business: serving customers, developing people and building systems that support the work.

These are closely related challenges. A service business depends on its team. Training needs a connection to practice. Technology earns its place when people use it in their daily work.

Today, I bring that operating perspective to zbai Family Office, with a long-term focus across Australia and Asia. I am interested in how complementary businesses can develop together, and how patient capital can support that work.

02 / CONNECTED BUSINESSES

The work behind
the perspective.

Each part of my work offers a different view of the same question: what does a business need to work well over time?

03 / ZBAI FAMILY OFFICE

A longer view
of ownership.

My interest in private markets begins with understanding the underlying business. The family-office perspective brings that experience together with patient capital and the responsibilities of long-term ownership.
